The first tomato of 2009! Those tomato plants have seen hundred-plus degree weather, a hurricane, and snow, and now we have tomatoes in January. Crazy!
This was some really good raw vegan Mock Salmon Pate we had with some collards and tomatoes for wraps, and celery for dipping. It was a beautiful day and we had a really nice time sitting outside, noshing on our lunch, and playing around.
